Our Story

In 2013, as a family, we set out to create a restaurant in the heart of Southampton that offered food that would wow our customers and found the perfect spot on Shamrock Quay Marina. Since then we have evolved the business and assembled a team of accredited professionals who are really, really into their food and drink.

From different culinary techniques and simple furnishings to customers having their table for the whole of the evening, Quay Fifteen is fast becoming the standard that other Southampton restaurants have to follow.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to deliver “Fine Dining Without The Fuss” to the highest of standards to the people in, around and visiting Southampton.

We only use the best, locally sourced products for our seasonal menus and will cater for all our customers tastes and needs.

Our small but passionate team bring many years of experience and knowledge to our guests whilst engaging them in a personal manor. That passion doesn’t just stop at food, it extends to our love of drinks where we source the best beverages and garnishes so that we can serve the best “crafted” drinks.

We are working hard to push the beverage and culinary boundaries of Southampton to educate and exceed our guests expectations so come down and visit us to experience something very different.
